A while after injecting the patient, you may notice their eyes welling up with tears. This means that the injection is wearing off and they're feeling some pain. Take some time to re-numb the the patient.
Hint #2 - Size It Up (Bakery)
Several of the cake requests will require things to be drawn onto the cake. Make sure that you not only are drawing in the right area, but also that you're drawings are the right approximate size.
