Hint #1 - Monkey Race: BounceyBouncey
When going through the track, there are several times your character will go over a jump and land at a lower altitude. Make sure that you are aimed at the highest wall possible when this happens, or when you land and bounce, you may bounce right over shorter walls and off the track!
Hint #2 - Monkey Race: Focus On The Floor
Steering and watching the track are extemely important in Monkey Race. If you change speeds or directions to pick up item boxes, you may slip and go over an edge (or, at the very least, you'll slow down). Just steer and some item boxes will come along any way. Learn the basics first and get good at them; THEN work on the item boxes.
Hint #3 - Monkey Hockey: Mind The CPU
In two or three player games, there will be computer characters participating in the game. The computer characters can be pretty aggressive. The upside is that if your attention wanders for a second, the computer will take over. The downside is that if you're not careful, the computer will ruin some of your shots.
Hint #4 - Monkey Hockey: Beware Evil Items
There are three areas you should protect and guard. First (and most obvious) is the goal; you don't want your opponent to score. The other two areas are the item zones. Anything your opponent picks up is either good for them or bad for you (or both). Make sure not to let your opponent pick up anything that might help them.
Hint #5 - Monkey Wars: Know Which Items Do What
Different items have different effects and you'll want to know what they do before you pick them up. While bananas can restore health, popcorn blasts opposing characters up into the air. A complete list of items, their effects, and what they look like is located in DSSingleCard.com's Super Monkey Ball: Touch & Roll Walkthroughs.
Hint #6 - Monkey Wars: AimAim
In Monkey Wars, aim is extremely important. If you don't hit what you're shooting at, you don't score points (and, thus, can't win).
