Hint #1 - Simuldrop Colorific
In some of the levels, two of the colors will drop at the same time. In those levels, this is possible because all of the planes/discs have the same colored/shaped holes in the same order. When this is the case, pick a place holder. Say, for example, the top right. Not which color is there. Then, make sure that color is there all the way down. Everything else will take care of itself.
Hint #2 - Slam! Bam! Squish The Meemoo, Ma'am!
Got a Meemoo in your way? drop your objects faster (by pressing the "A" button) to hit the Meemoos hard and knock them off.
