Hint #1 - Delayed Release
After positioning your chracter left-to-right, begin setting up the power (pull back on the character or press down on the direction pad), but don't actually launch your character yet (don't let go of the stylus or the direction pad). As soon as you begin pulling back on the character, any potential power-ups/enhancements available for this throw will appear. While you can't go back to adjusting your character left-to-right for position, you can choose to pull your character back further (for a stronger launch) or not as far (for a weaker launch). Stronger launches will go faster and are more powerful, but are less maneuverable. Weaker launches have less power and don't move as fast, but are much more maneuverable, for aiming at power-ups/enhancements.
Hint #2 - Butt Grabbing?!?
Having trouble draggin your character left or right accurately with the stylus? The area where you have to grab your character to move them left and right is much smaller than the area where you can grab your character to pull them back for a launch. The most accurate spot for left-to-right movement is right above the giant band. Unfortunately, this means that, yes, you'll be grabbin' their buttox.
Hint #3 - To Power-Up Or Not?
The power-ups/enhancements can be very powerful. With Vapor, hitting one pin means hitting every pin. The bonus coins can add up to over 100 bonus points. The trick is to balance the benefit (or potential benefit) against the liklihood that you may send your character into a gutter trying to reach it.
Hint #4 - Unlocking Content
