Basic Setup
1. With the power off, the host loads the game cartridge into their Nintendo DS system.
2. The host powers their system on, then taps on the "Warning" screen and then on the graphic for the game.
Downloading
1. The host taps "Download" (the button labeled in red near the bottom right corner of the lower screen).
2. The host then taps "Send Demo" (the only button on the lower screen).
3. The guest will power on their Nintendo DS system.
4. The guest taps on the "Warning" screen and then on the "DS Download Play" button.
5. When the graphic bar appears saying "Flash Focus", the guest taps on it.
6. The guest's DS system will ask "Would you like to download this software? Tap "Yes".
7. When the host's DS says that all guests trying to connect are connected, the host taps "Start" in the center of the screen.
Game/Feature/Options Selection
1. Tap on "Quick Play" in the bottom left quadrant of the lower screen (it's the only option that isn't grayed out).
2. There are two Quick Play selections ("Quick Eye Age Check" and "Quick Training") to choose from. Tap on the option of your choice.
Game Controls / How To Play
1. The game will begin with an introductory tutorial explaining the game.
2. When the red "Start" bar appears on the lower screen, tap it to begin the game.
3. A grid of boxes will appear that is two tall by three wide on each of the screens (four tall by three wide overall).
4. A letter "C" will appear in one of the boxes and you must take note as to whether the open part of the "C" is facing up, down, left, or right.
5. After a fraction of a second, the first "C" will disappear and a second will appear in a different box, and then a third in an additional box.
6. When the third "C" has disappeared, the boxes on the lower screen will disappear and be replaced by four giant "C"s - one facing each direction.
7. Tap the correct "C"s in the correct order. If you do so with no errors, the game will match them in green (they'll be red if there are errors).
8. The same thing will occur (with different "C"s in different boxes) for an additional nine rounds.
9. At the end of round ten, the game will give you an estimated age decade for your eyes (20s, 30s, etc.) as a score.

3. A baseball pitcher will be standing on the mound and a small orange box will be on the lower screen.
4. The pitcher will go through the windup and picth the ball and the ball WILL go through the orange box.
5. The goal is to tap the ball as it is going through the orange box to get the best hit possible.
6. There are ten pitches and, thus, ten chances.
7. When you are successful, the orange box will grow slightly larger for the next pitch, making it more difficult to hit.
8. After the tenth pitch, the game will assign your score.
What To Look For
1. During the displaying of the "C"s, the twelve boxes are evenly distributed across both screens.
2. While reporting what you saw in the round, the four "C" buttons are on the lower screen.
3. While reporting what you saw in the round, the three empty boxes on the upper screen fill in when you tap the buttons on the lower screen.
1. On the upper screen, the current difficulty level is displayed in the top left corner.
2. On the upper screen, the current pitch number is displayed in the top right corner.
3. On the upper screen, the current pitch information (speed, pitch type) is displayed at the bottom center of the screen.
4. On the lower screen, the orange box will be somewhere near the center of the screen.
5. On the lower screen, the ball's current distance from the plate is displayed along the left edge of the screen.
Overall Goals
1. Accurately see which direction three consecutively displayed "C"s are facing.
2. Accurately report the results.
1. Time the pitch to the plate.
2. Locate your swing of the bat.
3. Hit the ball as far as you can.
