Game Settings (Prior To Playing) - Blackjack
1. The host must determine the number of player; the default number is four.
2. To decrease the number of players, tap the left black arrow near the center of the screen or press left on the direction pad.
3. To increase the number of players, tap the right black arrow near the center of the screen or press right on the direction pad.
4. The number selected must be the number of human players or greater (other players will be computer-controlled).
5. To select the currently highlighted number of players, tap the numer in the center of the screen or pressthe "A" button.
Game Controls / How To Play - Blackjack
1. At the beginning of the game, two cards are dealt to each of the players.
2. Each player will have one card face up and one card face down (players can see both of their own cards).
3. On the upper screen, the house hand will also show one card face up and one card face down.
4. The goal is to get a total card value of 21 -- or as close as possible without going over.
5. Card values are equal to the number on the card; kings, queens, and jacks are worth ten (10) while Aces are worth one (1) or eleven (11).
6. Players look at their own hand and decide whether they don't want to risk drawing another card or if they want to take the risk.
7. If a player wants to draw another card, they tap "Hit" on the right side of the lower screen.
8. If a player wants to stay with their current cards only, they tap "Stand" on the right side of the lower screen.
9. At the end of each hand, the player(s) with a total that is greater than the house hand (but not over 21) win.
What To Look For - Blackjack
1. On the upper screen, the house hand is displayed at the top of the screen.
2. On the upper screen, the draw deck is displayed in the bottom half of the screen.
3. On the lower screen, all players' hands are graphically diusplayed.
4. On the lower screen, the "Hit" and "Stand" buttons appear on the right side of the lower screen during that player's turn.
Overall Goals - Blackjack
1. Achieve a higher hand valuer than the house hand.
2. Don't achieve a higher hand value than 21.
Game Hints - Blackjack
1. If your hand has a total of eleven (11) or lower, drawing a card cannot cause a total greater than 21, so it's safe to draw.
