Game Controls / How To Play - Written Math

1. After the three second countdown, a math problem will appear on the upper screen.

2. The math problem will be written in words, rather than digits.

3. The math problems can be addition (+), subtraction (-), multiplication (x), division (/), remainders, or some combination.

4. When you have determined the answer, use the stylus to tap it into the number pad on the lower screen.

What To Look For - Written Math

1. On the upper screen, the current mathematics problem will be written out in number words (not in number digits).

2. On the lower screen, the number pad is displayed for tapping in the

4. On the lower screen, the current difficulty - beginning with Easy (no stars), Normal (**), or Hard (***) - is displayed in the bottom right corner.

Overall Goals - Written Math

1. Achieve 100% accuracy.

2. Complete as many as you can in 60 seconds.

Game Hints - Written Math

1. For some people, reading the problems aloud will help speed up their problem-solving ability for those problems.

2. The multi-function math problems should all be set in consecutive completion order (do the first part, then the second part, etc. - in written order).
